Variation 1

  • 7 Beastmen
  • 4 Chaos Warriors
  • 3 Rerolls
  • Total 1,000k

This is probably the safest and most well-rounded starting roster. You are starting with all your positionals which makes developing them easier. Starting with 4 Chaos Warriors also means you will have a good St advantage over most teams, and 3 Re-rolls should be enough to make up for your lack of Block/Wrestle and any ball handling skills.

Variation 2

  • 9 Beastmen
  • 2 Chaos Warriors
  • 4 Rerolls
  • Total 980k

This roster drops two CW's in place for 2 Beastmen plus an extra Re-roll. It also leaves you with 20k left over which means you will probably be able to buy an apothecary after your first game. This will make your team less strong but an extra re-roll can be invaluable in a team without any Block, Wrestle, or Dodge, and only Ag 3.

Variation 3

  • 9 Beastmen
  • 1 Chaos Warrior
  • 1 Minotaur
  • 3 Rerolls
  • Total 970k

Starting with the Minotaur means you will have to drop 3 of your Chaos Warriors. This makes your team a lot weaker defensively. Starting with your Minotaur makes him easier to skill up quickly and it means you have a designated Blitzer from the start with Mighty Blow. Again, starting with at least 3 RR is a must because the team doesn't have Block or Wrestle on any of its players. With 30k left over you will be able to buy your apothecary after one game and then start saving up for more CWs.

Variation 4

  • 7 Beastmen
  • 3 Chaos Warriors
  • 1 Minotaur
  • 2 Rerolls
  • Total 990k

This roster is one for the advanced Chaos player only. 2 Re-rolls leaves you very little room for error or bad luck. On the flip side starting with 3 CWs means you will maintain a good St advantage over a lot of teams which will help you out defensively. Also starting with the Minotaur means you will have the potential to cause some real damage.
