I have just created a User Guide page for all the FUMBBL-associated IRC channels out there:

While perusing the Groups listing, I noticed that there are plenty of group IRC channels not listed on the User Guide IRC page. To all Tournament admins out there, I'm inviting you to add your own channel to the list. I altered the layout to leave room for plenty more.
