I dont know, how to make them (I'm a programmer for God's sake  ), but I think, you can try Gimp. Its a free program similar to Photoshop and it's FREE. have a look: http://www.gimp.org/. |

Gimp is really good.
Of course like every program. I use it, for personnalizing my players pics, teams logos, animations, and every thing. I was new to image manipulating and it made me some time to understand it well. But others programs could be worst. Don't forget to make some search and do some tutorials. |
