Bah, this is all shitty.
Look particularly at mutating teams. They are what they should be. And particularly the one that needs a double to get some mutation. No mutations will be taken, because others skills are much much better (in strengh or agility particularly).
And conserning the Assassin problema. Check who is the masters of Assassins in GW. You will see the corresponding one with only a hero. Despite another race with already could have 8 others positionals get 2 possible assassin positional. |

He's saying he thinks Skaven should have Assassins too.

I think Ironik was unsure if PBBL was coming out in July, so emailed andy hall, then andy hall said its pretty likely
and i think panda is concerned that skaven get a star hero, while dark elves get 2 positionals
