The main problem with people not answering is that (especially when its busy) spamming on a lfg.
I've done a lfg and had 20 Requests for games (Usually Dwarves wanting to play my Gobbos!!)... If I answer every one of them, whoever I've decided to play is getting annoyed that I'm not up and running yet...
So... I answer some while I'm waiting for the client to boot up, and then ignore the others...
This isn't that uncommon for me...
