No because they are weaker then a rat (AV6)
If they do not get Ph then they should have AV7 |

Maybe if you gave it TTM and always hungry, it'd be a new species: The Dreaded Mouse Ogre!
I still think the mice are a little excessive, though. They're cheap skinks with a better big guy and physical traits (and a -av which brings them to the level of some of the other teams in the stunty league). I like the mix we've got, although the more WAs, the better.
