Hi tomorrow i'm playing my first game ever. I have 12 players. What happens if I get 2-3 killed, or they miss next game, and I don't have enough maney to but players? Can I play with less than 11 in my startup then, or am I forced to retire my team then?

No problem as long as you have at least 3 players.

You only need 11 players to start a new team.
