What does the green and black keyhole mean in the faction table?

and

is it possible to get allies?

Not possible to get allies as they are only house rules (FUMBBL.....LRB...mumble mumble) not official rules. Green Keyhole means they are logged into the site (so theres a good chance they're in chat) Black means they're not.

what about ogre players for orc teams?

When I make an orc team i can only get trolls, but i have seen ogres on other teams.

Ogres were removed from Orc teams by the recent rules review. The Ogres you've seen were grandfathered in and won't be able to be replaced if killed or retired.
