How about a ST7 Ogre with Pro, Block and Tackle?

Multi block as well will allow you to hit more than one!!

Another good idea is Secret weapons (Chainsaws, Poison Daggers, Bombs all work without rolling block dice so Block dodge is useless against them)

other than that Tackle or Get 3d blocks or get lucky

Don't forget Mighty Blow. In combination with Tackle, it cuts through those lightly-armoured blodgers easily. It certainly does on my Elves Sad

how to deal with player that have block and dodge. everyonce in a while you'll come accross a player that will have the uncanny ability to escape your hardest hits, this foe is known as the blodger. note that while it may seem like this player is a natural escape artist just remember that he is on the pitch of a bloodbowl game at any moment he may be killed by rocks, hacked to bits by chainsaws, trip and fall on a spiked ball with his head, trip over his shoelaces and die, attempt to hurt a halfling and fall over dead due to the irrestible gerth of said halfling, get runned over by a death roller, killed by assassins in the lockerroom, push into an angry mob of fans, gutted by a gutter runner, and yes even knocked prone by an ordinary human linemen all these are possible and more. so to answer your question correctly surround the bugger completely with 8 players and then he can't move unless he has leap.
