The amazon Starplayer has a skill called Stakes. I cant find it in the rulebook. What does this skill do?

From Section 48 in the readme that comes with the Java client

Stakes: Give the player the skill "stakes". This will automatically add +1 to the opponents armor roll on a block where you knock them over. Against UNDEAD, KHEMRI, and NECRO teams it adds +3 to the armor roll.

Don't forget the penalty roll of 10+, as it is a secret weapon.

Maybe the webmaster could update the Secret Weapons sheet to include the description and not only the weapon name?

They're working on it. The new living rulebook should be out fairly soon.
