Mooney, was just going to say that you lacked a couple positionals in the positionals.ini file. Also, make sure you add the new ones in there (Horrors, F-goblins and mayhaps even some of the recent added positionals like Plaguebearer). Also, make sure the team-type name is spellt correctly, has caused me headaches in the past Smile

Try putting BIG MEK=blackorc1.gif line in the [PLAYERS] lists not in the orcs.. then it should work assuming you have a blackorc.gif file

Right, specefic players have to be in :

[PLAYERS]

BIG MEK=blackorc1.gif
BIG POTATO=potato1.gif
etc....
