in ranked, yes, unless a special situation (like a SFC)

You can turn it off or on when you create a tournament. You cannot change it later, though.

4 min is valid in factions and , as meech answered in ranked except for speed freaks challenges.

What does mean the +10:00 at counter on the top of the screen ?

SFC = Speed freak challenge. A ranked tournament where the time limit is 1 min/turn and you play (at least) 4 games no matter if you win or not.

So much easier to do this in chat, but wth..

+10 is 10 extra minutes, apart from the 4 per turn.

These are for the whole game.

+10 is a timebank used when u exceed the 4 mins per turn. U get a fresh 4 min bank every turn, but the 10 min bank is like a reservoir of extra time just in case of a few rare occasions where u need more time e.g. brb 5 mins for a RL issue.
