Yarr read that a while back and didn't agree then nothings really changed in the end his site his rules no problem. I still feel it's covered by the playing to win portion of the rules and the pre match agreement portion of the rules. in the end I just don't see it ruining anyones fun but then again I don't have a teribly hard time finding matches so if someone concedes on me I just find a new game.
