Seems to me that Pump Wagons roll too many doubles if they don't have General and Strengh access...

Anyone can confirm it?

no ddf, I think he meant that pump wagons can probably still get general access as hes seen a lot of them and that means a lot of doubles must have been rolled, its called sarcasm

Actually I think he's seeing older pump wagons that got block, tackle and mighty bowl before the change. Whenever there's been a change like this, teams got to keep their existing stuff but couldn't replace it or continue doing so in the future.

Other examples include 4-wight Undead teams and such. As far as I can remember, this has been the policy since back when divX was implemented in Dec. 2001 or so and the necros kept getting changed (I'm still bitter about that. Smile ).

Whenever a position's starting skills have been changed, they get updated, however (ie: beasts of Nurgle losing tentacles then gaining them back and losing a ST or whatever happened to them). Just FYI.

pump wagons should be big guys so they can't use rr's.

Pump wagons unfortunately still have also general access, it will be removed when da C-hief has time to fix it.
