I started playing blackbox games as sson as I saw it existed. Sooo much better to me than Ranked.
Made a few teams, watched some die some takeoff. Then the random team selection started to bother me, I'd make a new team with some cool crazy idea and wouldn't get to play them. Like ever.
Then I realised there are only a few times of day when you don't just get stuck with some dwarves; because nothing else matches your TS, regardless of the bashing rating or skill.
So I'm restricted to perticular times of day. Living in Australia this caused issues for work the next morning.
I now realise despite the holidays I havn't played a game in over a month... What happened? I still love the game, but ranked seems lame; and I don't really want have the momentum to want to play in the box.
What have people done to keep going? I don't want to stop playing... |

i agree: play Ogres, they're not too bad vs. Dwarf (as long as your gobbos run around those Longbeards wide enough  ) and vs. Khemri, cause they just can't dodge away
vs. Orcs they're ok too - vs. anything with a bit of dodge or ag=4 in the team they're terrible though |

I dunno, I had to go back 18 games to find your last game vs dwarves.
Is it just the annoyance of making new teams and them not getting picked? Don't forget clicking the activate link for that team gives them a slightly higher chance of being the team that gets scheduled. |

So i'm hearing, make a new account. With a few new ogre teams. And just play the box any time of day and crunch the bashers into the sunset?
Could work, wonder if that will get dull.
Meanwhile join this SWL thing.
