Not sure if this is intentional.
You can click on Pending and then check or uncheck teams and click activate. I did not actually try to go any further with it. |

Might be intentional. So that you can withdraw your activation should you need to (for example there is some form of "emergency" and you need to leave) or whatever other reason there is.
