I know that not all off you need it but I would
like to have easy access to reference sheets
on this site. At the moment I have one external link
where I look up the handicaps, no place to look up
the weather rolls and this site where I look up what
the exact rules for skills are.

wouldn't it be nice to have a little button on this site
that says reference sheets and where you can find
all three of these things together for easy viewing?

Haven't you downloaded the Living Rulebook? That's what that is for.

I think this calls for haiku:

How do I find this?
The answer is quite simple
Read the instructions

Incidently a lot of the new players I've hand held have only played old editions or have not played table top at all and may be unaware of the LRB.

Scroll to top of page, hit FAQ, bottom right under heading Reference is a linky-dink called..."Reference sheets"
Shocked

Ok, it hasn't got what you were asking for but the irony is chuckleworthy.
Very Happy
