Would it be cool with more sounds in the game?
Examples:

Leaping sound. (woosh sound)

Foul appearance (1) sound. (slimy/gooey splush.. block)

hypnotic gaze success sound (?)

Tentacle "trapped" sound (tentacle sound?)

Bloodlust (1) sound (rapid heart beats?)
+a sound when vampire eats a thrall?

Really stupid (1) sound (duh/huh?)

Bonehead (fail) sound (duh/huh?)

wild animal (fail) sound (roar?)

TTM sound (HUUUURRR instead of the normal throw sound)

crowdpush sounds. (example: small soundbite of a brawl taking place + the injury sound if any)

would add to the atmosphere of the game. (also in some cases you wouldn't have to read the info in the info window)

For Leap, I'd suggest either some videogame jumping noise (something from the 8-bit era of NES gaming or so), or the stereotypical million-dollar-man leap noise.

For Bonehead I suggest "A DURR!!!" or "DOH!!!" or "Duh!!!"

For Foul Appearance I suggest a girly voice that says "Eewww!!!" or "Gross!!!"

For a Crowd Push sound maybe someone says "Get him!!!" and then rowdy rabble noises are heard.

Hypnotic Gaze would be cool if it sounded like the sound of metal grinding that they use in a lot of films to illustrate mental powers. It may not sound like metal to you if you heard it but as a Sound Engineer with a lot of Foley Experience I know that is what it is.

Like some geezer saying "Help me!!!"

It could also be cool to have sounds for weather changes. Thunder for the Rain, Cold Wind for the Snow, a Crackling Fire for the Heat, a few birds chirping for Nice... not sure what you do for Very Sunny.

yeah something like: "Boing"

However it would be cool if all the sounds matched the same scheme.

Uhm i would suggest something a little more "evil/nurgly". perhaps a squishy/slimy/ block sound. (i do know FA is supposed to stop people from blocking, but still.)

More sounds FTW!! I think some of the ideas here are sweeet! Especially 'Duh ...' for boneheads and weather sounds. Smile I think it would really add to the ambience of the game.

Surely pulling random clips off the web wouldn't be too bad? I mean, if the 'rightful owner' turns up, having realised we've used it (which is pretty unlikely), then we can just get rid of it and find something else.

We blatantly also need ambient background music for each race, depending on who the home team is (along with race-specific home pitch artworks to go with them) Wink

A "bomb falling" sound for bombs would also be cool. If it could be timed a bit with the "path of the bomb"
