So should i keep the halved light/dark design for this season or go back to 1 colour? |
Sorry spubbba!... there is so much spam on group pm replies these days I sometimes miss the important bits! I like to halved look too. |

Halved is good, how about the same colours as seasons 12 and 13? |

These 2 colours?
/me makes a note to never ask phil78 for advice on colour schemes for any of his future paint projects
Phil's disgusting lack of colour sense aside, how about the quartered design? I could base it on 2 previous seasons seals or come up with a couple of new colours. Could even move it to 4 different colours for when we start getting close to season 100 |

Ouch >.<
Not sure if it's the 2 colours, or if it's the quartered ... but something makes me reach for a bucket |

Ok, I think halved should last us a while so let's leave quartered alone for now. I may be able to work out how to do transparencies so could hopefully do something nice for season 20.
Anyway, let's concentrate on this season.
I like Dark green on the left but am less sure of the pale green, maybe another stronger colour like yellow or blue?
Oh and I took on board what Goo said about the Premier being a bit of a dead rubber for those safe from relegation but unlikely to win.
It still needs a little more work (I don't like the font and want the crown to look more like it is silver too) but do you think this would inspire people to battle it out for 2nd place?

On 2nd thought I don't like that pale green, it needs to be brighter.
But here are a couple of designs with yellow and blue, I'm getting the hang of changing colours now so it is much quicker for me to make these now.
I have also done a 3rd place prize for the prem, is tough trying to make it look less impressive than the 2nd place without looking rubbish. Not 100% happy with the how the edges have been cut out yet.

I think the Green / Yellow looks great.
As for the 3rd place trophy, could you not just make it slightly smaller than the second place one? |

The green and gold/yellow looks excellent. Those trophies look pretty nice too, shame it'll be a fair few seasons before I can compete for one. :\ |

Tried re-sizing it, but it went a bit wrong, see my original post.
Think I have it sorted now though so just have to decide on a size, also need to crop them a bit too. Maybe reverse the sizes?
Here's the championship trophy for comparison

You could reverse the sizes and maybe put a ribbon on the 3rd place one. So it looks like 1) Trophy, 2) Plate, 3) Medal. |

For the 3rd place maybe something half the size with a ribbon like DukeTyrion suggested. |
