FBB version: 0.7.0

Tree that failed it's Take Root roll hits a toon with Fend, causing a push back. The Fend player gets the fend option, but after Fend is either accepted or declined, the Take Root player is unable to perform an action, and appears to be waiting on the Fend player. Reloading by both players causes the Fend option to reappear, but doesn't clear the lock.

Will look into this as it is a game-locking bug. The good thing is that it is pretty rare and that this is the so far only reported game-locking bug we have got reported in 0.7.0
