In turn 4 of the 2nd half, Dragons could not field anyone, and the ball was kicked out of bounds. The kick-off phase could not be completed.
Admin had to end the match.
I believe the clock should be advanced, a TD awarded & Dragons should receive another chance to make ko rolls.
