Write a support ticket and explain your case. You can be sure admins will help you!

Edit:
In case of a disconnection always contact your opponent as fast as possible (via IRC or PM on this website).
If your second posts means that you have two or more accounts, you're in trouble since multi-accounting is clearly forbidden.
