You have to declare a pass/handoff action when you start the turn of that player.
You can't decide to pass/handoff after you move him. |

That is because you have to declare Pass and Handoff actions before you move the player now.

Open java options go to security tab, remove the tick from show sandbox warning banner then apply. The instructions are in the FFB help page in the help section.
then join the game and you should be able to chat. |
