Inner Ear Insurrection star War Dancer Capt. Dizzy was killed in a punishing match vs. the Pomeranian Griffons. The apothecary was previously used to keep him in the game, following a failed niggle roll. (which only happened due to a restart necessitated by me not reading the IRC topic and updating to 8.0a. There is what we call a 'lesson' in this about reading the topic when you log on, yes kiddies?)
In any event, he is the first War Dancer lost to Inusrrection by death, although others have been retired due to injury. He was #9 All Time Blocker for War Dancers on Fumbbl at the time of his demise, and the only War Dancer on the list without the Mighty Blow skill to help him!
Although their star Captain is gone, the Insurrection fights on! |
