In Major Tournaments Ogres will be limited to a maximum of 10 Ogres.
This rule will count for both R and B. |

Not that I know / care at all about such events, but I can only presume 11+ Ogres were hugely overpowered. So good. 
(I'm sure there is an excellent rationale here, or you're on a wind up, I'm just teasing) |

I have no probleem with grandfathered teams playing on. There are several entrants to the current Major Tourney with over 6 Ogres, and they are very welcome.
But I have decided if someone fields an Ogre team, it should have at least 1 snotling on the pitch.
Some Ogre teams have only been playing occasional Majors since the change to CRP, this ruling is to stop that cheesy and unintended impact. No doubt it will catch out some teams that have just been lucky to keep all Ogres alive while playing a competitive schedule, but thats the cost. |

I think it is exceedingly tough for the 11 Ogar teams to get games outside of tourneys thanks to the double whammy of TV inducements and spiraling expenses.
It's a good policy, but you might want to consider placing this notice somewhere else than a forum as we can see an instance where a coach won't know about this thread and apply to a major only to get a big ole 'REJECTED' slapped across his forehead.

I was hoping that too. Stupid rule to limit the number of Ogres to six in the first place and snotlings just suck...... |

Synn there are few enough ogre teams with 10+ Ogres that i can and will and have handled it mainly by PM.

On last 10 major tournaments in ranked only 2 ogre teams on Top16 rounds , and only 1 with more than 10 ogres. |

Either the end of 4 or the start of CRP. I'm not sure there were any box majors in 4. It should be noted that the coach who won with them, was an Ogre expert above all others, and would have been a much more noted coach if he played better races. |
