i have tryed to open the client and it downloads but it never showes the ffb window. is there an oracle java version for arm processors that is working with fumbbl?

it wont happen. there arent the correct supports to play fumbbl client on tablets. you have to stick with PCs

There are however a number of threads describing how you can play via your table thru your computer using the tablet as a remote controle for your computer.

I have tablet with Windows 8 (full version, not the RT/arm version), and it can play fumbbl client just fine.

Oh nice, good to know. Although I'll never intentionally touch a windows mobile device... Ill stick to windows on the PC.

i think is a IcedTea NETX issue but i do not think there is a current porting of oracle java that include javaws for arm cpu. Any ideas?

hmm, didn't know you can run ubuntu (or another "real" OS) on a Nexus tablet.

-> java.lang.SecurityException: Unable to create temporary file or directory
the javaws process has no permission to create the cache at the requested place... I have no idea, though, what the default path may be

It's not a problem related to tablets. It's a problem related to Java (the openJDK one). In fact, I guess the applet should run natively with the openJDK but it doesn't (bug somewhere).

However, if you install the Oracle Java. You should get around the problems.

but oracle java does not allow the javaws for ARM
dunno about netbeans... maybe with it!
I have a nexus 7 2013 too
