Hi!
I was wondering how things are progressing with the new client.
Could someone please give us an update?
1.Which bugs are being fixed?
2.What new House rules will be available?
3.Custom rosters will be available? if yes, how will it work?
I take the chance to write a WISH LIST. feel free to join.
WISH LIST:
1. BUGS:
a) secret weapon guy is sent to ko box instead when SNEAKY GIT equipped
b) THROW TEAM MATE works after GFI.
c) Failing to DODGE ends the player's turn instead of falling over. Does not cause a turnover.
d) MERCS available to replace MNG positional players
...and any other really 
2. HOUSE RULES:
a) LONER skill can be removed from REGULAR (big guys mostly) and/or STAR PLAYERS option.
b) RIGHT STUFF adds +1 to FOULING for AV and INJ rolls. This should not prevent this player to add DIRTY PLAYER skill if available to his race.
3. CUSTOM ROSTERS
a) up to 5 slots available per 16 team roster to be filled with CUSTOMISED PLAYERS
b) Customised players. Customised STATS, SKILLS and price.
c) SKILL UP. Customised SPP TABLE progression for skill up players. i.e. A given player can only get 2 skills. 1st at 51 SPP and 2nd at 176 SPP. Next one though can get 4 skills. i.e. 16, 31, 51 and 176 SPP
It would be a ideal to get custom skill up table progression for each customised player.

customer rosters are nothing to do with the client update. These will happen seperately. That is all being handled site side.
The bugs - trying to get them all fixed, but who knows.
No new house rules.
things like loner being removed will get handled with the site changes, not the client ones.
also why are you wishing for new bugs?  |

While true, an optional client rule I'd love to see would be 'Pro skill counters negatrait - When a player with negatraits (loner, bloodlust, stupid etc) gets the pro skill the negatraits have no effect. The player doesn't gain the normal benefits of Pro'. This would simulate the old remove negatrait on doubles rule. |

Never heard of that dodge bug. For the other bugs it is hard to read what is wrong now and what you want to happen. |

The dodge one is a HOUSE RULE in this current client that does not work at the moment.
**the GFI one is a well known one
**The sneaky git + Secret weapon. Only apply when current Sneaky Git House rule is activated. Not working at the moment.

I think what sonrises means by the dodge one is the incorrect working of the Stand Firm optional rule in the current client. Activating it does what he describes, which is what Stand Firm used to do on failed dodges, but it does it for every player, not just those with SF. |

oh right, i see what you mean, for the existing house rules. tbh they are the lowest of priorities right now.
and no I dont know anymore about the site stuff or when either of them will be released. sorry |

The latest official update can usually be found in Kalimar's blog - the rest is snippets of knowledge from those involved into testing and more or less accurate.
There has been a general FUMBBL wishlist only lately. I think Kalimar was even referring to it in his last blog entry. |
