Any one encountered this?
I recently changed from chrome to safari as my browser of choice (since upgrading to yosemite) I am logged in but when I go to the forum I am not logged in when I want to post I have to log ing. when I log in login fails but I am still logged in the rest of the site.

I'm guessing you've tested FUMBBL with Safari in the past. There was a period of time when cookies were a bit weird, which could cause this issue.
So, clear your fumbbl.com cookies and try again. 
Edit: I use Safari as my primary browser, so it absolutely works fine. |

and I can happily close the resorce hog chrome has become on my mac. |

Chrome is messed up across all platforms pretty much.. A long-standing bug that they haven't fixed causes it to basically slow down your system (and use more batteries for laptops). |
