Just as a reminder: The final round is worth up to 90 points!!!!!
70 points on the Picks and 20 points on the Speculation bets.
You are not out of the running if you should manage to pick that perfect card. In fact, based on the standings right now. A coach who picks the perfect card will most likely end up winning this thing.
Then again, the last 3 rounds we have had a perfect card Speculation bet and no one has hit one yet. |

What I actually think - Necs V Chaos can go either way, dice will probably be a big factor. Zons should be a big favourite over Humans. I fancy Dhaktokh to outplay whoever wins out of the other top 8 match, especially as they will likely be softened up somewhat and may be lacking Tackle.
Nurgz should smash Orcs but this is a bizzare build with no PO. Kryten could win it but even with only Claw MB the dice could decide it for the Nurgz. When I got drawn against Les Vent-Marcheurs I said I thought they were the best team in the competition and I still believe this, they should smash the Orcs and whoever wins the other top 8 match.
So possibly Cpomb vs Zons in the final. The 4 Cpomb legends all having Tackle or Frenzy is what swings this for me and I don't think the Zons will be able to survive - a win for Box, Chaos, and Khor_Varik! |
