Yes. Shadow mentioned this in the announcement I believe. Seven lucky second place teams advance. I will check on the number of rounds today.

Nice one. Can we get that added to the tournament page please, to avoid future confusion?

Once the NAF comp is over will we be going back to using CAS/2 or stick with CAS for the tie breaker? I wanna know if I am winning 2-0 whether to score again or kill all menz.

I guess both is one answer...

What a cracker of a game this was: https://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=3659974

However, there was an odd moment where a herder tried to pick up the ball and failed. No stab roll made. My skink then attempted to catch it and failed and was stabbed. Shouldn't spiked ball work on failed pick ups? it was mid way through the second half if anyone wants to have a look.

Yeah, it should, but currently a spiked ball bouncing through more than one player only stabs the last of them. It's a known bug.

Mmh, it was my herder, i really was not paying enough attention to the game and didnt directly understand what the problem was. I didnt realize the ball was spiked until we got into that situation... But right, it was one (but not the only, i got very lucky second half)gamechanger. Is there a way to repeat the game? Would be fair.

@luckyjim: Thats true sportmanship!
For the community i want to share something about my experience with squig herders. That was my third game with them. I never played vampires and i had no experience with blood lust. In the last game, i first recongnized, that you suffer a turn over if a squig cant bite anyone. Good lesson, but better you know it before learning on the hard way. Lost the ball and the good TD chance and got the TD against me by the kicking team...
The game vs luckyjims skinks was a very interesting and educational one.
my lessons:
Know your players and your enemies players!
I forgot really stupid for my squigs several times (hard to keep in my mind, they look so clever)
Be focussed on the game!
I lost 3 players in a row by surfing of the frenzy raptors.
I forgot totally my blocking skilled herder, remembered him after a few turns...
But well, its just stunty.

But beside of that, i had a really cool game against a cool opponent. If someone likes to watch, full stunty madness:

Exploding cup was very funny for me till this point and i hope the other players enjoy it as well. Good teaser for playing more stunty matches! Thx to WhatBAll and th others for organizing.

Greetings, Gio
