The CRP states that the same star cannot be induced by opposing teams. Is this rule in effect on FUMBBL?

I've played in TT leagues and tournaments where the rule has been waived. Is it possible to get around it on FUMBBL? I'm thinking of starting a small league comp where each team must bring a Big Guy Star.
