Due to Daylight Savings time taking effect in Europe this weekend (and most of the world outside the USA),
the game time is also moving forward 1 hour to 2000 server time.
Consider this a Public Service Announcement about DST. |

Now that I've won a major I am gonna do a formal "prize"-ceremony speech.
Carried by his warriors gentle claws coach Pirigin finally enters the podium:
"And here we are! Ive finally won a major! My only goal, and the reason to why I'm still in the coachin game, has finally been realized. To other this might not seem like that big of a deal, but to me it is totally surreal. The feelings I have right now are unexplainable!"
Pirigin continues:
"I wanna thank all the incredible admins of this beautiful site for everything youve made possible throghout the years! Im truly greatful for the platform youve created. On this platform youve made it possible for me to learn from and prove myself against great minds. In doing so Ive gained more confidence in my logical abilities and finally I can call myself a champion of something! I will forever be the 2515 Crown of Sand Fumbbl Champion, and nothing could ever take that away!!"
Pirign continues:
"I also wanna thank Sunsoon, PeteW and Cavetroll for letting me win!  It means the world to me!
Finally I wanna thank every fumbbler that Ive ever played against, during my journey towards this Pinnacle of my carreer. You all have had a part in teaching me the game, and you all have a part in this Crown!
Thank you!"
PS.
I wonder how they react tomorrow at work, when I tell them that last night I was in a land of sand and battled another gamer called Cavetroll for the Crown of Sand, while 35 other gamers sat around the world watching our every move. I wonder what theyll say when I say that I view winning the Crown of Sand as my biggest achievenemt in life so far. far bigger than taking a master of Science in Engineering etcetera. |

I would view getting a master of Science in Engineering as more impressive,
but winning a major would be better than anything I can accomplish at my current job.

But remember that the Crown of Sands has the racially diversified qualifiers -
i.e. 3 races in each qualifier, only one winner advances |
