I missed all the fun last time, I guess I'm gonna throw a team in this time - I just don't know what yet. 
Two questions so I can invalidate a few options:
- Do we *have* to pick all the skills or can we chose to go with only 2 for instance?
- Do we *have* to take a double or can we go with a regular skill instead?
I'm pretty sure I've asked the same questions before, but I don't remember having had an answer.

EDIT - I guess the answer is "no" in both cases since the rules say you "may" pick a skill, but I want to be sure. |

You may pick a regular skill instead of a double, and if you wish, you may only pick two skills.
There are no extra game on game inducements available; there is no advantage to not selecting all of your skills. Picking two from five skills is confidence / hard mode!

Australasian jobs: Watch World Cup final with a beer, then apply.
US jobs: Enjoy a beer, write a nice article about your favourite FUMBBL group for the GLN, then apply.
European jobs: Watch the football, enjoy a beer, check your team is correct / apply, enjoy another beer! |

Ahem. I'll shortly be checking every team applied to one of the groups so far. Checking your maths, your skills, recording your Inducements. I recommend you also check your own team, because errors now hurt later.
I shall be far away from the Internet all day tomorrow, so any remaining questions should hit me today or have to wait until after kickoff. The tournament will be drawn as close to 22:00 server time as I can manage, and a bit of fluff by way of rambling picks one day in the week.
Other than that, enjoy the last few hours of build up! |

...And right! Just been through each and every team.
- I've had to kick a handful of teams for not buying an Inducement. I've PM'd every one of you individually, please reapply ASAP!
- I've noted quite a few who haven't recorded Inducements. I've PM'd every one of you with something sensible that you'll get if you don't list them by kickoff.
And with that, I'm going to be a bit busy until kickoff. Get those applications in! 
I should also note, I've been asked twice about putting RTTNAFC teams into the group (+ a Babe, or whatever) - and the short answer is I don't know if it'll work. I'd rather you didn't, but if you do, I guess we'll have to see how it goes. We can always swap it out. |

You get no message. reload your team page and click 'team options'. Your skills should be saved there perfectly. |

there is no message, just go back to the team menu and then go back to skills - they should have been saved.
