I believe that custom icon sets associated with a team roster have been available on the client side for some time. Needs to be implemented on the site end though. I may also be wrong. Very Happy

Does this mean we're one step closer to being able to create customer icons and kits for our teams? Even knowing that this was in the works would be like Christmas, my birthday, and Arbor Day, all rolled into one.

I didn't watch your 'how to use the client' video, but didn't you ask this before as part of that? Or is there a different option somewhere you're now referring to?
