The other two are OK, but maybe they could be made a tad slicker? Right now they look a bit big and bulky. |

Not really sure what you mean by making them slicker? or that they are big and bulk to be honest?
They have to be 256px x 256px and the site will resize them to 128px x 128px. You can see how that works curently on this page - https://fumbbl.com/p/createteam So they will be smaller when on that page. Don't know how I could make them 'slicker'? its a very tricky space to work in 256px (but really 128px).
Personally I really like the Stunty one and its in keeping with the division. I see no problem. If it doesn't get used it doesn't get used

The update to the League icon is on my request if you're wondering. I didn't feel a "Private" stamp on the icon was very inviting for newcomers |

Great job!
I do agree with Balle2000 though on the Stunty icon. Probably because it uses a transparent background instead of a squarish shape like the first two. I believe all the icons should use a similar shape for a nicer look (in that case, a square with rounded corners) - but that's just me being picky. Again, great job! |
