I meant "model" not "icon" - as in the board game (way back when) you were supposed to have a model representing you. I think.

Halfling Treeman, strong (ok just average but this is a fantastical exercise!), slow, prone to taking root, surrounded by awesome food (my wife's cooking and baking skills are phenomenal! This counts as an automatic Chef for stealing RRs) and finally my surname is Wood...

LRB4 Ogres.

The absolute perfect mix of potential and hopeless. Had to focus on positioning and know when to just quit moving and wait it out for one more turn when a couple early boneheads made it too risky to do anything else.

Managing the roster of that race was such a pain, and sometimes a joy. I was happiest being able to field 8 ogres and 3 goblins on the pitch.

I have not found quite the same challenge with any other race in CRP. It was a moment in time that's passed and I often still miss it badly, I'll look at my gorgeous LRB4 Ogres and just sigh.

I've finally found an avatar with which I toadily identify.

I used to see myself as an elf trapped in an Ogre's frame, but I recently had an epiphany.

I am actually a Kroaksigor in a Slann team - that big (occasionally frenzied, occasionally boofheaded) bruiser in a team of soaring artistes, a prisoner of gravity myself, but one still able and willing to clear the way for my colleagues to soar up to the very stars.

And for those who do know him: Three Mile Lyle is my brother.
