Secret League Summer Bash
Tomb King Settra sits on his golden throne as the lands of the dead have had a reawakening. The sands are shifting and tomb doors have been pushed open from the inside, the ancient undead are coming forth one again and sunken ships are rising to the surface with their undead crews to raid and pillage the coast of the Khemri.
Settra has declared that it is time for the Summer bash, sponsored by the Khemri Premier League, in the lands of the dead!!!

Format for the summer bash
In the grand tradition of the Khemri Premier League we will have two conferences in the Summer Bash. A European and a North American conference. You get to choose which conference you prefer to play in. This is in order to make it easier on you to get your matches played at your normal FUMBBL gaming time.
Then, depending on the # of applicants the Bash will be set up with 4 or 5 team divisions and we will play a 3-4 round round robin tournament. Top teams advance to the KO playoffs. Once again depending on the # of teams and so forth this will be a 4-6 team KO playoff.
Then the winner of each Conference will meet in the Grand Championship of the SUMMER BASH!!!! This will be the only time you will have to play against some one across the “pondâ€.
What teams can we choose from?
The following Secret league teams can compete in the Summer Bash.
Blood Dragon, Lahmian, Lybaras, Necrarch, Numas, Rasetra,Strigoi, Undead Pirate, Von Carstein and Zandri.
**Note we are using the KPL rules pack for this. So, you cannot choose Khemri, Necro, Undead or Vamp. Those are reserved for the KPL main group.
Also all new teams in the KPL start out with 1.4Mil in Gold. That way you have options on making your team. Do you want a full roster, hold some cash in reserve to replace out players or buy some inducements. This will apply also for the Summer Bash.
Khemri Premier Rules
Tomb King Settra demands that the Summer Bash will use the normal rules of the KPL. He has determined that the KPL rule set is the most pure rule set for competitive play, unlike those heathen rules they play up north that are too soft and elf like.
Here are the Optional Rules that will be used for the Summer Bash.
1. Games in the KPL will use overtime. Nothing bothers an undead spectator more than a tie. He is undead, he needs resolution in his Blood Bowl. A tie just means he must suffer in his undeath with nothing to look forward to, such as a win. He wants his team to win, not some stupid tie.
2. Spiked Balls will be enabled for all KPL matches. The fans love the spiked balls and it gives them much pleasure.
3. Khemri is know for one thing above all, THE DIRTY BOOT! And so the KPL will celebrate this by adding +1 on AV checks for fouls in all KPL matches.
4. Nothing rattles the bones and mummy wrappings like a good Pile On. The Pile On KO option will be enabled.
The Big Trophy and Prizes
Tomb King Settra is a generous, malevolent and evil King but he has a lot of Gold, like a huge vault. He loves handing out Trophies and gold to those who he has deemed worthy. Winning the Summer Bash puts you in good standing with Settra.
Winner of the Summer Bash will get 200K In gold
Runner Up will get 100K in Gold.
Winner of each qualifier group will get 50K in Gold
The Overall winner will get a huge trophy and a treasure chest overflowing in riches!!
**NOTE**
All Gold prizes will be handed out at the conclusion of the tournament. This gold will be added directly onto your team roster. KPL has vast resources and we can make this happen.
Also if you think having gold added onto your team could cause you problems with your team and other leagues you can decline the gold transfer and just bask in the glory of Victory and a party with Settra instead. It is up to you and you are not forced to take the gold.

Full Disclosure Statement
Tomb King Settra senses an opportunity and he never lets that pass him by. Teams created for the Summer Bash will be created under the KPL rule set. The KPL will start up their seventh season in the fall and all teams that play in the Summer bash and any other special event that Settra has devised will be able to enter the Khemri Premier League main group in the Fall. So if you decide you like what you see and it is fun then your team will not go to waste and you will be able to use them in the main league. |

Tomb King Settra sits on his golden throne and is enraged at the level of stupidity his tech team has. He is yelling and screaming for Rah-Ma to come forth and explain why the S. League rosters are not working!!!!!
In his rage he strikes out with his right arm, faster than a thrown javelin his right hand connects with his cup bearer who just so happened to be standing next to him. The force of his blow sends the poor lad flying across the throne room, his body hits the wall faster than a catapult boulder and all the bones in his body crack and kill him instantly, his body slowly peels off the wall and plops on the ground.
Rah-Ma runs in and ignores the dead cup bearer.
"My King, there was a tech malfunction in the machine of NUFFLE but one of my priest geeks found the issue and all is set up to start accepting teams now. The rosters are loading up and all is well."
Settra gives Rah-ma that look of irritation.
"Good, now lets hope this momentary technical error did not cost the Summer Bash some coaches as they storm off that Settra runs a bush league and no need to even concern themselves of entering the tournament."

Tomb King Settra sits on his golden throne and reads the memo from the geek squad who is setting up the Summer bash. WHAT!!!??? Only 6 teams so far have applied! He wipes the memo in his butt crack and throws it out the front door of his throne room, his pet jackel in pursuit to play a game of fetch.
Settra in his rage comes unglued and stands up, stalking the corridors of the palace asking every one he sees why only 6 teams have applied. The wrong answer results in a quick death.

HIT THIS LINK to make a team for the SUMMER BASH <<<<<<< You must make S. league teams inside the group you wish to play in. Also S. League teams that are created can play against other S. League teams which where created using the same rule set.
So, a team that was made to play in Garions S. League group cannot play against teams created using the KPL rule set because the two groups use different rule sets. |
