My halfing player went from 123 SPP to 129 SPP. Shouldn't he get skill or I am missing something?

Skill rolls happen at 6, 16, 31, 51, 76 and 176 SPP. There is not a roll at 126.

You have to get 176 for the next one. 126 spp:s skilled you in lrb5 but not in a long time anymore.
