An interesting and original thread
But I think no. Often you need stars to get that extra skill. For example, my orc blitzer had +st, +ag, dodge, surehands, stand firm. He was a beast on offence. But, on defence he was difficult. I didn't to put him in the fray (too valuable) but without tackle (or wrestle or strip) he wasn't much of a sweeper.
That last skill got him tackle and became perfect. I would have gladly put MVP's in there so I could get the most out of him at all times. |

unless I have 3 players just an mvp away from skilling, I'll check my 76+ and see if any of them didn't make an spp that game, if so, they get nominated to help them in their trek to 176. |

Is it the end of legends? I don't think so. Easier to get to legend for some.
But,
Is it the end (or perhaps a golden age of) Perfect Larson? So much easier to get the 1 in 3 now for the MVP than the 1 in 11+.
Should 2016 rules Perfect Larsons have a different/ more unique title? |
