It's in the title. I've sent several tickets related to unfinished games over the course of the last few days, whether because of an opponent dropping or because of newbie mistakes on my end of trying to play secret league teams vs regular ones, and none have been answered, and all those teams have been frozen in limbo ever since. I've read the disconnection rules and I have been filing those tickets following them, to no avail. Am I doing something wrong ?

no you are doing nothing wrong.

I dont know why they are taking so long though, maybe there are some admin on holiday or something?

I did see in the Discord channel that Kryten said there were 19 tickets to get through today.

The volunteer staff get these done faster than the expensive lawyers I'm working with at the moment get back to me. The lawyers are rubbish, the support staff are great.
