In BB2, BB2016 and now Fumbbl, they use something similar to the "Bank" rule, that was kept out of the CRP.

If a TV1000 team plays a TV1500 team, the TV1000 team gets 500,000 gold for "free" to spend on inducements. They can also add to this any money from their treasury.

The TV1500 team can also buy inducements, but they can only use the money in their treasury. (The higher TV team buys first).

That's pretty much it, now. Fumbbl will automatically add your treasury to the inducement money, so you do have to be careful about spending something you're trying to save (check the dice logs to see).

To prevent saving up huge pots of cash, BB2 and the old bank rules have a threshold - treasury starts counting against TV after a certain point, incentivising spending it.

BB2016 and Fumbbl have "Expensive Mistakes" - a table you roll on after the game, which will remove some amount of money from your treasury. The more money you have, the more you are likely to lose. This also works as an incentive to not hoard cash.

Thanks for the answer. Although, there is still sometjing obscur to me. Following your exemple, if i play the 1500TV' team, if i choice to add, lets say, 100000 gold of inducement for my match, will the 1000TV team get 500000 +100000 to spend? I guess not, but better asking.

This saying, i would feel like a tryharder, adding gold from my treasury just "to win" the match. How the community is accepting such behavior?

The other team does not gain money from your spending. That was true with the Petty Cash rules (sort-of), but no longer.

I don't think there's a qualitative difference between spending on inducements and spending on players or coaching staff.

I'm not sure this is right, "Fumbbl will automatically add your treasury to the inducement money". You get a pop up asking you if you want to add any money at the start of the game, you just need to say no if you don't want to.
