It's got ..

Block, HMP, NoS, and KoR.

I've kinda just taken stuff while waiting on that Agi roll that never came, but KoR is the only skill I have gotten much use out of. HMP and NoS have saved me in 1 game, salvaging a tie instead of a loss by getting the ball to the other side of the field.

That said, getting Block was helpful, and it's not for sure I'll get it again.

Just think this units starting to get a little bloated.

I'd fire the niggled blitz ra first.

I'd fire all the -MA guys too.

That guy is pretty bloaty, but at least he's not injured.

Fire him as soon as possible, you really need a Thrower with at least MA 7 and/or AG 3.
Also, take Leader on a Thrower, it's one of the best skills you can pick TV-wise.
Drop at least 1 rr, 4 rrs 70k each bloat terribly a badly designed team with overpriced Blitzers.
Ideally you should play with 2 team rrs and 1 Leader rr.
Fire the cheerleaders as well, they are not worth their TV.
Don't take Strip Ball on Blitzers, instead take the core skills: Mighty Blow, Tackle, Guard on them.

Block is a normal for throw-ras, so you will for sure get it again (unless you decide not to for some reason).

Yes although he is an amusing player it is time to throw him out along with some of the other dead wood mentioned above. I would change from 4 to 3 rrs until you move into a higher TV range..

Now:
Fire ALL -ma players
Hire a new Blitz-Ra

Going forward:
Play with journeyman while saving money to replace the Niggled Blitz-Ra, and ONLY THEN think about pitching the Throw-Ra.
Honestly I'd keep 4 RR (until you get Leader on a Throw-Ra at least).

YMMV

p.s. LOL the name.

I'd also keep 4RR, because with 3 TGs lacking block you're likely to use a lot of RRs blocking. But I'd replace both blitz-ras before I seriously think about the thro-ra
