The question posed was whether people would be 'interested in seeing' Brets and Khorne at NAF sanctioned tourneys. Well, a majority might be 'interested in seeing' Grak and Crumbleberry at NAF sanctioned tourneys, but I wouldn't expect them on FUMBBL anytime soon, or indeed in future Deathzones.

What will be the official statline for Khorne and Betts?

No new races, filling the Blackbox grid is hard enough as it is!

not to quibble, but why Passing access on the Pit Fighters? and why call them something so specific as that instead of Khorne Cultists while Brettonian linemen get called "linemen" despite the fluff mentioning them as peasants?

Overall, I don't hate the Bretonnian team as much as some, I think I could have fun by not taking the blitzers at all and taking lots of peasants. Thanks for the update!

Slann are NAF Official at Tournaments too yet do not exist according to GW (well if you discount that Kislev re-sleeve thing!)

Since obviously Sann is here, I'd like to ask the pertinent question, in that surely this was a non-binding referendum? (it's a brexit reference Wink ).

That is to say, it was just a vote to have the board discuss the merits and demerits of making such races official NAF rosters, and really the point of doing so was simply so that people who played against these rosters would have their rankings adjusted accordingly.

That's a modern thing though - Slann, Underworld (and arguably, but less strongly pact), go all the way back to the early days of BB (when Slann and UW at least definitely were official), and the teams modeled on them in CRP were very much reflective of those 2nd ed Stars handbook teams.

Neither Brets nor Khorne have that heritage imo (and yes, I know about BB magazine Brets, it's not the same).

I'll be honest, I don't see much difference between the Khorne/Bret teams and any of the teams I made up in my teens using bottlecaps for players.

Except maybe the egregious skill show-case that is Brets: "gee what skills were introduced in CRP" is the first thing I think of looking at that team.

Bingo. But it doesn't hugely matter, it's to do with people being used to playing them in Cyanide, and wanting to play them on tabletop.
