The TL;DR should be - use your common sense.

Nobody may bug you with that norm. I suppose you need to create tournaments to get games with this team. Also, BB16 makes the whole j-men thing a bit moot.

Still, it'd be nice if you wouldn't abuse what seems to be like an exploit for some record making.
