i now have 2 teams i cannot play with because people start the game and then never finish it. how do i solve the problem? |

First send a message to the player requesting to complete the match and suggest a time. If they cannot or will not play it out, an admin will unschedule a game that has not yet started. They will force a concession if the game is underway. |

thank you. it's been over a week since i reported the first incident, and still nothing has happened, no admin has replied to my 2 messages to them or reactivated the team. obviously i always contact the player first to resume  |

gets on my nerves because i take spankings from everyone, and when for once i am winning 1-0 people disappear and i can't play any more unless i create a new team. again. and again. |

Try the Black Box division. Opponents generally don't leave. |

Bloodfeast, i show myself online and if someone gives me the green tick i accept... right now it seems like the wrong thing to do, but at the time it seemed like a good way to do things, letting my opponent choose if he wants to face me |

Am I missing something, as your homepage shows no teams scheduled...or did the admins get to it that quick? |

admin (throweck) just solved the problem and reactivated the teams, but even though i was winning both games conviceingly i did not get a concede, any spp or victories, like nothing ever happened |

Well sometimes it just takes us a bit of time to get round to it as volunteers.
Also, apologies for your loss in spp and victories. I am sure more are just around the corner |
