Totally agree. I am DEFINITELY 1 of the "cool cats" around here... and not even close to being 1 of the Top Dogs.
And furthermore... many of the Top Dogs are gone and some newer ones have risen. And some remain to keep kicking the rest of our butts (most of the time) BUT... also there on the mountain top providing a challenge for the Mere Mortals.
And the same thing goes for the Cool Cats. Lots gone. Lots still here. Lots of new ones. |

Hiring only journeygoats is not what I would call natural, and there's no incompatibility between sweetspotting and naturalness. On the contrary - the spot is called sweet exactly because it's the most natural one. Any race has a tendency to reach that sweet spot. No management decision could be required except skill optimization.
There's no need to invoke insanity to understand the feeling one can have regarding a well-tuned killing machine. Granted, blaming the new MVP rule does not mean much compared to the loss of CPOMB spam and wizards. But at the end of the day what sounds like an unwarranted assertion needs to be met with something more constructive for the community.
Reality is already harsh enough as it is. No need to pile on. |
