The front page announcement links to the team page of the group. On the main page of the group there is a hidden button that reveals the rule set.
Alternatively, there is a link in the FUMBBL thread, that goes to event page that has a link to a section that contains a link to the ruleset.
Probably a Welsh thing, but for everyone else here is the actual ruleset.
Schedule
• The €uropen Online 18 will be a resurrection style tournament, initially consisting of 6 games of Blood Bowl contested via the Swiss format in groups of approximately 30.
• Please sign up as squads of 3 players and post your team in the fumbbl forum thread. that's also the place to find 2 teammates if you don't have anyone yet.
• 4 best squads fight it out in playoffs
• Round 1 will begin at 22:00 CET on Monday, 3rd of September 2018
• Each round will last 1 week, and rounds will begin at 22:00 CET on each Monday of the tournament
• The €uropen Online 18 is using the rules of the Eurobowl in Wales
Rosters and Skills
• Exact rules can be found on the official Eurobowl homepage. Here a quick summary
• The 26 NAF approved races will be permitted to enter the €uropen Online 18.
• Tier 1: Amazons, Bretonnians, Chaos Dwarves, Dark Elves, Dwarves, Lizardmen, Norse, Orcs, Skaven, Undead, Wood Elves
• Tier 2: Chaos Renegades, Elf Union, High Elves, Humans, Khemri, Necromantic, Daemons of Khorne, Chaos, Nurgle’s Rotters, Slann, Underworld Denizens, Vampires
• Tier 3: Goblins, Halflings, Ogres
• Rules intended for 1100K teams.
Skills:
• Tier 1: 6 normals
• Tier 2: 7 normals + 1 double
• Tier 3: 6 normals + 2 doubles
• The €uropen Online 18 is a ‘resurrection’ tournament. This means that your players will not gain spps, and that teams will ‘reset’ following each match. Injuries and deaths do not carry to the next game, new players cannot be purchased and raised Zombies and Rotters are not added to the roster

Hi,
Hoping to put a team together for this.
Just a quick note on the skill selection. You have tier 2 teams set as 6 normal and 2 double skills, but the europen rules are 7 normal and 1 double at tier 2.

all teams get 6 normals and 2 doubles. but you're only allowed to choose according to your team, any not used skills you have to pick the (no skill) option.
