Welcome to the mid-season report for NBFL season 22.

AFC North
Baltimore Mavens - 3/2/2
The Good: They currently lead their division
The Bad: Their division lead is very narrow, leaving no room for error on the back half
The Ugly: The AFC north is full of bash, meaning that one bloody game could well be the end of the Mavens
Grade: B+

Vigilante Shingles - 2/4/1
The Good: Only 1 point behind Baltimore at the midpoint, with plenty of time left to overtake them
The Bad: Consistently tying is certainly better than losing, but it won't win a division
The Ugly: For Chaos Dwarves, they aren't scary, boasting a handful of MB, and very little guard
Grade: B

Khleveland Khrowns - 3/1/3
The Good: Only a tie out of first place (3 points)
The Bad: You are what your record says you are. This is a .500 team by any measure
The Ugly: No reliable ball handling. Will cost them in the back half
Grade: B-

Kaepsburgh Kneelers - 2/3/2
The Good: The entire division is bundled closely, and it's still anyone's race
The Bad: 4th place in the division is still 4th place in the division
The Ugly: The team's biggest star, Teresa is a defenseless target that should have gone sploosh a long time ago
Grade: B-

NFC West
Los Angeles Glams - 4/1/2
The Good: Almost a lock to get into the playoffs
The Bad: Des Troy Hill's post NBFL career will likely be spent in a wheelchair
The Ugly: That logo's an eyesore
Grade: A-

C'attle C'haos - 3/3/1
The Good: 1 point behind LA for division lead with plenty of season to play
The Bad: Trouble closing out games, leading to more ties than they probably want
The Ugly: Still possess a ClawPOMB, eeeew
Grade: A-

[strike]San Fransorco 49er[/strike] Fan Foulcisco Fakes - 2/0/5
The Good: They're not a last place team
The Bad: 3 forfeit losses so far this season (due to some unfortunate RL issues)
The Ugly: Mid-season replacement squad is Underworld, so the tailspin likely continues
Grade: C+

Hot Arizona Sticky - 0/4/3
The Good: They've caused 17 casualties this season
The Bad: They have a 0 cas differential this season, rather disappointing for Nurgle
The Ugly: Need to win out for any playoff hope
Grade: D

Part 2 to come soon, featuring the NFC East and the AFC South

AFC South
Jakesonville Jortles - 5/2/0
The Good: Undefeated so far, likely playing for a 1st round bye and home field advantage throughout the AFC playoffs
The Bad: One of the weakest hitting teams in the league
The Ugly: That unbeaten streak is due to end
Grade: A+

Houston T-Rexans - 4/0/3
The Good: Still have playoff hopes
The Bad: Have struggled to convert losses into ties
The Ugly: Skinks keep taking bad perms
Grade: B+

Indianapolis Crypts - 2/1/4
The Good: Consistently please the blood gods, earning 23 casualties at the midpoint
The Bad: Indy's return to the NBFL has been marred by a sub par record
The Ugly: Healthy ghouls spending too much time on the bench
Grade: C-

Titannesse Kraken's - 0/0/7
The Good: the #1 draft pick for season 23 is almost locked up
The Bad: Only managed to reach the endzone 3 times this season
The Ugly: No wins, no ties, no hope this season
Grade: F-

NFC East
New York Deviants - 4/3/0
The Good: Undefeated thus far, and leading their division
The Bad: Can anyone kill Suh already?
The Ugly: Team is carrying several perms
Grade: A+

Phull-o-s'elfia Egos - 3/1/3
The Good: Solid season for a rookie team, sitting in 2nd place in the division
The Bad: .500 record says average team at best
The Ugly: Top draft pick Robert Kough has been taking a heavy beating
Grade: B+

Weaklington Frailskins - 2/3/2
The Good: Can still make the playoffs with a solid second half performance
The Bad: The team is beat up, and sitting on a .500 record
The Ugly: With AV7 spam, this team could fall apart down the stretch
Grade: B

Dulles Howlboys - 3/0/4
The Good: Has not lost to a non elf team
The Bad: Is the only non-elf team in their division
The Ugly: Rest in Peace Drax Prescott.
Grade: C-

Part 3 will be AFC East, and NFC South

AFC East
Miasma Dolphlegms - 6/0/1
The Good: Only one AFC team has a better record
The Bad: 1TD a game isn't going to win Championships
The Ugly: Too many boots, not enough fouls to give
Grade: A+

New Elfland Patreants - 3/2/2
The Good: Elves should not have this much strength
The Bad: For all that strength, these elves lack any real stopping power, causing only 6 casualties so far
The Ugly: Won't be passing Miasma this season to take the division, no matter how insane Riddick's stat line gets
Grade: B+

New York Wrecks - 2/3/2
The Good: The team is solid
The Bad: Miasma's just doing it better
The Ugly: .500 record just won't cut it in the AFC this season
Grade: B

Buffalo Psycho Bills - 2/0/5
The Good: POMB wolf, freak golems, freak ghoul, and freak wight
The Bad: Those freaks aren't translating into wins
The Ugly: A top 5 draft pick will likely be added to this freak show
Grade: D+

NFC South
| Carolina Reapers | - 5/0/2
The Good: Has the inside track to win the division
The Bad: Plays against the NFC Elf, I mean NFC East in the second half
The Ugly: Winning this division may be harder than it looks
Grade: A-

Atlanta Falchions - 3/1/3
The Good: Still has a chance to win the division should Carolina have a misstep or two
The Bad: Average record, average team
The Ugly: A trio of Ag4 or better stunties can be hard to contain
Grade: B

Bucking Buccaneers - 1/3/3
The Good: Possesses the tools to sneak into the Wild Card
The Bad: Under developed Bull Centaurs are more of a liability than an asset
The Ugly: Not Dying Ryan may not be dying, but he's not doing much else either
Grade: C+

Nawlins Lost Saints - 1/1/5
The Good: Coached by BillBrasky
The Bad: 4 to 12 TD ratio has doomed this team to a possible Top 5 draft pick
The Ugly: Why no Mino????
Grade: C-

Why can't 1 TD a game win a championship? As long as it's one more than the other guy, seems fine to me...

AFC West
San Dogo Chompers - 2/4/1
The Good: Doesn't have to play Greenball again unless they reach the Superbowl
The Bad: No margin for error in the second half
The Ugly: Where have all the Legends gone?
Grade: B

Kansas City Thiefs - 3/1/3
The Good: Only 2 points behind San Dogo for control of the division
The Bad: Superior cas numbers (35) not translating to more wins
The Ugly: The AFC Wild Card picture is a mess
Grade: B-

Oakland Elf Raiders - 1/4/2
The Good: Still has a legitimate shot to win the division
The Bad: They need to win the division to make the playoffs
The Ugly: Team development feels well behind the curve
Grade: C

Deadver Brujahs - 1/2/4
The Good: Brooks is a solid centerpiece to build around
The Bad: Just as likely to injure their own players as opposing teams are
The Ugly: Still in the hunt for a division title
Grade: C-

NFC North
Green Ball Attackers - 4/2/1
The Good: It's Grue
The Bad: It's Grue
The Ugly: Have I mentioned it's Grue?
Grade: A

Chicagovania Provocateurs - 3/3/1
The Good: If anyone can win this division that isn't Greenball, it's the upstart vamps in Chicagovania
The Bad: Greenball isn't likely to collapse
The Ugly: Team sometimes forgets to load extra Bloodweiser for game day
Grade: A-

Destroit Lynels - 1/5/1
The Good: Only one team has managed to defeat Destroit
The Bad: Destroit has only managed to defeat one opponent
The Ugly: Five ties Isn't winning any division, much less the NFC North
Grade: C+

Ministers of Sewer Skulking - 1/3/3
The Good: If any team can turn a loss into a tie, it's the Ministers
The Bad: Replacing rats after every game can get expensive

Nice overview, Anti... the Khrowns will look to be more than mediocre in the 2nd half. We had some wicked injuries with our regen sputtering the first couple games. We are bearing down. Look for both Blitz-Ras to finally get to Super Star status in the coming weeks.

Way to lay down the jinx. Cars Rcray lasted less than 15 hours after you posted about his rhythm.
