Hey all
Well this is how it went. i was the server but used an old version 6.4b, while they had 6.4c

Sooo i quickly shut down, updated and restarted the server, he rejoined all was good.

However after the match he couldn't upload his set of results for the match because of the original version conflict. ie he didn't restart the client just let it rejoin.
I assume this has something to do with the log <shrug>

Not really sure what i can do here, though i'll probably just leave/replay the match, but a word of warning, after a version conflict restart the server and then the client or it'll all be in vain.

never ever ever ever never ever shut down one jbb program and not the other and try to resume the game. You are asking for trouble. If one computer has to shut down the jbb program, the other needs to shutdown and restart as well. Honestly I'm suprised you didn't have in game problems. That alone is quite amazing. The auto reconnect feature is really just there for network outages, such as getting kicked off your isp and having to re-dial up (without closing either of the jbb programs). Possibly an admin here will push your game through though.
