Got a double on my chaos dwarf blocker, but can't pick a mutation.

Thats because that physical skills aint allowed on a Chaos Dwarf.
Players that has access to physical/mutation - like skavens or chaos - still needs to roll double to get a mutation.

But Stand Firm (wich needs a double) is an excellent skill for a Chaos Dwarf - so dont despair Wink

Edit: Oh this is LRB5. Disregard anything I wrote. Dont know the rules here...

Hehe, indeed it's LRB5 here. Means, for example, that chaos get mutation access on simple and that chaos dwarves blocker get them on a double. However, in LRB5 the mutations aren't as powerful anymore ... Some examples:
- claw act like your opponent's armor is always 7 and thus has no effect on woodies.
- foul appearance no longers affect pass, throw and catch rolls but a new one (disturbing presence) does.
- tentacles now needs a higher (+1) roll to keep the dodging player at contact
- rsc no longer exists
- big hand still ignores rain and tackle zones for a pick up but that's all
And so on.

But in this division they are still as powerful (but those who desapeared), and some coatch are obviously abusing that =P Myself I'll get (if able) prehensive tail or something else that remains close to the same in LRB5. It could be an idea to keep some mutations only available on double for the time being ... especialy claw and big hand wich are way too good in their LRB4 version to be used as natural turnarounds in LRB5.
